‘He was telling me he was Szoboszlai’: Bruno Fernandes reveals his son’s surprising Liverpool idol
Bruno Fernandes might be the captain of Manchester United.

In a conversation with Adebayo Akinfenwa on the *Beast Mode On* podcast, Bruno Fernandes shared an incredibly charming story about his son—and it involves a name he probably never expected:

Bruno’s son has been pretending to be the Liverpool star.

Bruno recounted how his son was recently playing football at home.
Everything seemed perfectly normal…
Until the boy told his dad he was playing as Szoboszlai.
Bruno recalled:
“Yesterday my son was playing football and he was telling me he was Szoboszlai. When he said Szoboszlai I was like, ‘What?!’”
Just one sentence.
But for a Manchester United player, it was probably enough to leave him frozen for a few seconds. 😂
