BBNaija’s Tram Identified as Man in Viral iShowSpeed Nigeria Tour Video
ormer Big Brother Naija housemate, Tram, has been identified by social media users as the man seen in a viral video handing American streamer Darren “iShowSpeed” Watkins Jr. a condom and suggesting he had girls available for him during his recent visit to Nigeria.
The video, recorded during iShowSpeed’s tour of Lagos, quickly gained traction across social media, with many Nigerians condemning the encounter as inappropriate and capable of reinforcing negative stereotypes about the country.
As the clip continued to circulate, online users linked the individual in the video to Tram, prompting renewed criticism of the reality TV personality.
Reacting to the backlash during a livestream, Tram accused Nigerians of being hypocritical over their criticism of his conduct. According to him, the outrage was selective, as similar behaviour had often been overlooked in the past.

His response, however, has done little to calm public reaction, with many social media users insisting that public figures should conduct themselves responsibly, particularly when engaging with international personalities whose content reaches millions of viewers worldwide.
The incident has since reignited conversations about the image projected by Nigerians during visits by foreign celebrities and content creators, with some commentators urging greater awareness of how such interactions shape global perceptions of the country.
As of press time, Tram has not released an official statement beyond his remarks during the livestream, while iShowSpeed has not publicly responded to the controversy.
